The Ardent Group – Going for Cisco Premier partner status.

Jan 22^nd 2010 – The Ardent Group confirm their progression with their Cisco partner program by committing the time to become a premier partner.  This is a large task for any small business as it means having to commit the time and resources to train a minimum of three individuals, but we are sure this will reap huge rewards as it shows our massive commitment in providing the best possible service to all of our clients.

With James Maxworthy passing his CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associated) exam at the first attempt in the summer of 2009 last year and John Boyd recently passing his CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associated) at the first attempt to add to his CCNA exam pass from recent years, this moves us a huge step closer in achieving Cisco Premier Partnership status.

We are now left with the task of passing the final four exams, one exam each for both James Maxworthy and John Boyd to fulfill the FE (Field Engineer) and SE (Systems Engineer Role).  We hope to have these exams completed by the end of Febuaury.

We are to fulfill the final role of the AM (Account Manager) by helping Pat Saunders and Dan Wise pass this role as we feel this would help us enhance our position with having two dedicated Cisco AM’s.
