The Ardent Group - Cisco UC Express certification

Jan 2010 - The Ardent Group would once again like to confirm their commitment to local industry and Cisco by going for Cisco UC Express partner certification.

Your probably all sitting there and thinking what is UC?  The term UC stands for Unified Communications and it is a term used when providing a collaborative approach to a businesses ability to communicate.  This approach incorporates all Email, IM, Telephony, SMS, Fax and Voice Mail communications into a single platform.

The Ardent Group can confirm their commitment to becoming a Cisco UC express partner by James Maxworthy completing his CCNA exam in the summer of 2009 and attending the Cisco Voice specialist course in late 2009, with the exam to follow shortly, this will fill the FE (Field Engineer) role.  The AM (Account Manager) role being fulfiled by John Boyd who passed the CSE (Cisco Sales Expert) and the UC express Sales specialist role in the summer of 2009.
